Using ScamMarketCap

By creating an account or posting content you agree to these terms and to our reporting guidelines. You must be at least 18 years old.

Your content

• You're responsible for what you post. It must be truthful to the best of your knowledge and follow the reporting guidelines.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give ScamMarketCap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the service and in feeds, and to let search engines and other services index it.
• You can ask us to remove content you posted. Totals from people who joined a case may remain.

Moderation

We may review, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or when the law requires it. We don't verify every member report, and reports reflect the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

Lawyer listings

• Listings cost $25 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your listing stays live until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
• Listings are advertising. We don't endorse listed lawyers, and a check mark only means we confirmed bar membership.
• Lawyers are solely responsible for complying with the professional conduct, advertising and solicitation rules that apply to them.
• Contacting a lawyer through ScamMarketCap doesn't create a lawyer-client relationship.

Not legal advice

Nothing on ScamMarketCap is legal, financial or investment advice. Statistics and case files are provided for information and may be incomplete or out of date.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ScamMarketCap isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by members or lawyers.

Notices and takedowns

Send legal notices, including copyright and defamation complaints, to legal@scammarketcap.com. Include the URL, what you believe is unlawful and why, and how to contact you.

Changes

We'll post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
